- Irena Added April 14, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was recommended to me by a tow truck driver, charged me over $1000 to get the water pump changed and a "service". I had asked them to check what the rattling noise in my car was, they said my car was fine (they marked NOTHING in the "other issues" section of my invoice, stated my car was in good condition). 6 days later I'm once again broken down on the side of the road because they missed the crank shaft sensor malfunctioning - which was pretty obvious since my car sounded like a lawn mower and vibrating the engine from here to eternity. The horrendous vibrating sound was coming from directly next to where the water pump is placed so no idea how they missed this. I understand that they are not an auto electricians per se, but in the servicing they absolutely should have picked up that something was wrong. Incredibly disappointed and will not be returning or recommending.
