  I order family feast i thought it was going to be good but when I open the package the chicken and the chip was disgusting the chicken and the chips taste was and it wasn't the first time the chincken meat wasn't white it was dirty white and the chips taste dry and really old I wound be going ther anymore I will be going at armadale.

  Really love what you've done with the drive-thru it looks great also means you can get more cars through it's a shame after lining up before four cars and waiting for 5 minutes another car turned up in the other Lane beside me sadly they got served before me will be nice if they stick to which car turns up first rather than having to wait for one more car when you are in line first

  Would be more if the KFC app would work. No option to buy on app and pay in store. Enough to make you go elsewhere

  I arrived at 9pm and i am still waiting for my food and its 9.29pm. Unacceptable service for a drivethru service. And to top it off the chips tasted like they had been in the bag for 15 mins or more. Birthday dinner was ruined by poor management, cold food warm beverage and a wait time of 29 minutes. Thanks KFC.

  Will never go back to this store, chicken was so dry and tasteless they must off lost the herbs and spices also took over 1/2 hour to get the food from in store

  At least 1 out of 3 times something in my order is misplaced. On occasions ive had really burnt chicken then others ive had very nicely cooked chicken. One occasion they had run out of most chicken peices and only offered wings and a few breast peices. I was fully re imbursed all times ive had issues with this kfc though id rather eat at haynes kfc.
